Established in 1999, Smith & Smith Law Office, LLC combines extensive experience in many areas of the law with caring, individualized attorneys who help each client through a particularly difficult period of life. Our team understands that no two cases are exactly alike, which is why we provide personalized attention through each step of the process. Each of our staff members has a different perspective or knowledge base to share, and our firm believes in using that to our clients' advantage by working together and collaborating whenever possible. Our Lucas County lawyers practice primarily in family law, handling cases including divorce, dissolution, custody, and more. From our offices in Swanton and Maumee, we serve the Greater Toledo Area including Lucas, Fulton, and Wood counties.
